Consultation and Proposal
For home staging, I will meet with you to discuss how we can
best present your home to enhance its positive features and
neutralize the negative ones. By walking through your home
as a buyer would, I will have the first impressions I need
to write a proposal based on our 8-step, Feel Home Staging
Philosophy. A mini-staging of one area of your home will be
done if time allows. My goal for you is a fast sale at the
highest price.
If you’re
not selling, but your home is ready for a redesign, I will
be happy to discuss how to create a warm, beautifully
personalized home for you and your family using your own
furniture and accessories or updating them, if you prefer.
A mini-redesign of one area of your home will be done so you
can visualize how different your home can look with some
simple changes.
Half Day of
Staging or Interior Redesign
This service is for
homes under 2000 square feet or those homes that need only a
little attention to details. We will make transformations
to the main areas of the home. If needed, we will bring in
accessories to complete the look of each room or give you
ideas for purchases you may make on your own. We will also
take photos for your agent’s marketing plan. Our
accessories are extra.
Full Day of Home
Staging or Interior Redesign
This service is for
those homes that need a little more attention or are over
2000 square feet. We will spend an entire day making
dramatic transformations to your home. If needed, we will
bring in accessories to complete the look of each room or
give you ideas of purchases you may make on your own.
You’ll have a show-ready home and photos for your agent’s
marketing plan. Our accessories are extra.
